6. Service providers and disclosures
Unitlyst currently relies on these primary service providers:

- Replit (hosting and PostgreSQL storage): hosts the application and stores Unitlyst application records in managed PostgreSQL infrastructure.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate misuse or security threats, to protect legal rights, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve legitimate business records.
You may request deletion by emailing support@unitlyst.com. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is required by law. If an account holder entered information about you, we may direct your request to that account holder because the account holder controls those records.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access controls and managed hosting and database services. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers Unitlyst, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain request decisions. Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act when its requirements apply.
Submit requests to support@unitlyst.com. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
11. Information about tenants and others
Account holders may enter personal information about tenants, applicants, vendors, and other people. The account holder is responsible for providing legally required notices, obtaining appropriate permissions, responding to those individuals’ requests, and using their information lawfully. Unitlyst processes that information to provide the service to the account holder.
12. Minors
Unitlyst is intended only for users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If you believe a minor has provided account information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
